The Rio Colorado plantation has an extension of 45 hectares adjacent to the Celaque National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Umami Area Honduras manages the production of coffee by practicing sustainable agriculture with the technical support of the Cooperative COCA FCAL.
